In order to promote empathy in society, we would like to cordially invite all students who have previously participated in the “ICE Challenge” to attend a guided tour and workshop on gerontechnology hosted by Hong Kong Jockey Club “age at home”. 

The workshop is themed around the aspect of “aging in peace” of gerontechnology. There will be exhibits demonstrating how gerontechnology and communication techniques may increase the quality of life of senior citizens, and students will also be able to learn about gerontechnology tools that may be used to confront hearing and vision degradation amongst the elderly.

Students will be able to earn a certificate of participation by attending the event.

The event is completely free of charge and there are limited quotas for participants offered on a first come first serve basis.
